    a little something

as the days go by and my arms are getting cold,
i miss you holding me and the words that you told,
i sit here with a slight tear that never seems to to go away,
i cant wait to be with you and for you to stay,
i miss the way that we used to kiss and the way your fingers went through my hair,
when we kissed each other we took in the same air,
i miss that way that you smiled innocent and the way you looked into my eyes.
looking back at you with awe that you are with me; you and i
there was no threat but love to be seen,
all the times that we would lay there you close to me
i miss everything about you and i long for more,
those sweet sweet kisses your eyes i adore,
with our lasting goodbyes and the final kiss,
it still lingers in my thoughts and on my lips,
with my final words of encouragement that i will never leave you, you have my love endlessly and forever more.

this is a beautiful poem. it is deep and descriptive enough for me to almost see "the final kiss". a true love poem

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
