©2010 Holding you close (from far away)
As you fell into sleep
I listened to you breathing
dreaming in the deep
your chest gently heaving.
Moments spent together
miles of lines on the telephone
no passion I've had better
you feel so close, your soul my home.
I picture my arms around you
your's strong, resting ontop of mine
the smell of your neck, lover's dew
heart under my hand , comforts of time.
Lying there , melting into one
bonding, that dearest pleasure
with your love I've come undone
you are my sweetest treasure.
No matter no matter, this I know
whatever you see when you look
you are my heart, my true Dulcineo
the finest pages in my life's book.
