    All That You Are

    All That You Are

     

    You are made of more than earthly things

    Of space and stars and angel’s wings

     

    Your breath is pure as atmosphere

    And all of nature blossoms when you are near

     

    Your eyes see sights no others see

    When beholding the flowers and the trees

     

    A gentle breeze blows every time you smile

    To carry blessings across each mile

     

    Your hair is of heavens golden lace

    Which complements the beauty of your loving face

     

    Your touch is as soft as a butterfly

    As you grace both earth and sky

     

    Sunlight dances off your skin

    As your brightness shines within

     

    Truest of your fairest features

    Is your kindness for all God’s creatures

     

    May all know you as I do

    That there is no greater love than you

    Yes, sometimes I can be gushy and sugar sweet,,, sometimes the characters are true to life and sometimes inspired. The world of poetry is amazing and I am most grateful to be a part of it. Much appreciation
