An Anxious Castaway

it comes down to this
a hell hole without You
inside my mind
outiside Your will
keep my thoughts holy and upright
You don't make junk
You give and take away
since the beginning
You are the same
forever though i may not
i strive to run to You
aparent things beyond control
are in Your mighty hold
i ask please Lord
may You
You being the God of every mind
unify mine with Yours
                      Amen

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
