    élan vital

     I want to go
    where the land
    is boundless,
    where the wheat,
    corn and

    Flower cane grow,
    where the soft
    white downy

    cotton amplifies
    in big fields,
    and bed my body
    and soul

    On the waves of
    cotton balls.
    And in natural surrender
    my élan vital

    To feel the virginal of
    cosmos descending
    for once in age.
