    • Past the ocean, and into the clouds, we sail into the sun...

    August 21, 2010, 3:50 PM

    Let those bullets fly
As you try to touch the sky,
Try to keep the sun from blinding your sight,
    Shots fired by fright.
    The bodies hit the floor
As you try to even the score,
    Let your rage consume you,
Because now they are out for you too.
    Your situation is your own,
As you venture into the unknown,
Try to loose your identity and shed,
For now your antics are going to leave you dead.

I feel like I needed to hear that... I know that I did, I am always so consumed with what others are doing and what they will think of me that I forget that my own journey is unique and exactly that... my own.. thank you once again moon

Always a pleasure to help, and an even bigger compliment than any I could have received. I thank you for your time to read and comment on my write, and hope that your journey is as much as you can make it.

Ha ha, I thank you for your compliment, and I try to write each of my writings with a twist or two. I am glad you liked it, and shall try to return the favor and read a few of yours, when time is granted.

And you.... you write so well... but such terror in your content Could this be true or just a passing interest of yours. tell me about your writings.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
