    BATS

       BATS

    Cave is dark
    three “D” spikes
    dripping long
    bats in crannies
    on their heads
    dropping dung

    some in belfries
    love the nights
    cuz bells ain’t rung
    spank their fannies
    mind your nannies
    they’ll warn you
    about the hair
    you wear so long.
