    Because They Will Never Understand
    Leave him they say
    He is no good
    Why is it you stay
    You must enjoy tears and pain
    They do not see us as we
    Sure you are mean 
    As I am to you
    It is how we work

    Friends first and lovers last

    What is it that keeps you here with me
    Why is it I cannot breathe easy until I see your face
    Whatever it is I do not question it
    It is what it is
    They will never understand

    A paradox from the 'keepers of love'. I'm sure WE don't understand the whats and whys. You take me back again to the inexplicable raving of heart's passion! Great poem on beahalf of love's reason! Applause building!

    Great write trying to describe the emotion of love. Love truly is just a word for a process that we cannot truly understand. For every great love fairy tale there are just as many tales of the most tragic love, and everything in between. The results in the end may be differant but all tales of love share a common bond. That love changes you, your perspective, and it can make you do, see, hear, feel things you never thought possible. Great write, peace and love, Spence
