Blue v.2
They called her Blue
Maybe it was her icy touch maybe cobalt eyes maybe the sadness that dripped from her like too many tears too heavy for the sky
She walked through a crowd untouched
Surrounded by sweating grinding pulsating bodies,
Of youths that held on to a dream for far too long.
Some of their monsters followed them everywhere.
She ascends the stage weightlessly icy
The lights fall
it's dark
One more breath she dissolves into the music
Her screams come melodic and soft like a whisper
Kaliedescope eyes catch her fall from grace
And she remembers, Blood on her hands
Blood on the floor, on her clothes
None where it belongs
She remembers his body was blue
She feels the blood drain,
One more word one more scream one more drop and she is again
Blue
