    Brave new Me

     Like a trapt bird I long to break free,
    these four walls are like a jail you see.
    I want to explore what there is for me,
    out in the world where Im longing to be.
    no longer a couple no longer a ''we''
    theres just a you and theres just a me...
    I know that in time you'll come to see,
    that this is just how things are going to be.
    Im coming out for the world to see.
    No more hiding, It's the brand new me...
    if you love me then set me free,
    out in the world is where i need to be.

    "no longer a couple no longer a "we"/ theres just a you and theres just a me..." ; I can't remember reading a thought so mournful and so lyrical in the same line. And your title is, I believe, a statement that will be proudly validated (if it hasn't already). Ten thumbs up for you and your work, Kris.
