    Bully for You

The scum is not as thick tonight,
    in fact it almost clear.
The moon is full on this cloudless night,
    it's shining on me here.
The music is a song of love,
    our spring time mating call.
    This pad is really hopping,
and your not here at all.

Your suitors are lined up on the bar,
    why don't hop on by?
There's a few snakes lying in the grass,
    so keep a watchfull eye.
and bubba's out there gigging somewhere,
but he never was that sly.
    My pad is always open,
    make me the lucky guy.

My pad can be your happy home,
no I won't cause you shame.
If our children grow up rotten,
    I'll take all the blame.
Our love could be so easy,
just like falling off a log.
Just hop onto this lilly pad,
and let me be your old bull frog.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
