    Poem Commentary

"One man can change destinies and turn the world around from inside his own home upon his knees".

    Children Men & Women

Even when we love the most and reach deep inside our soul.
People are hurting endlessly, and they don't know where to go?
To see the broken hearted, the broken children all around.
Their faces filled with fear, filled with empty stare, and sober frown.
Someone needs to love, someone needs to care.
How could we make a difference, in such a vast humanity?
But I will do my best, because they matter much to me.
I will take heart and courage, in prayers I send for them.
To a Savior who heals my brokenness, who's heart He did mend?
They will never know my name or even know I am their friend.
I know He will hear from heaven, and make a difference in their end.
He will arise with healing in His wings and on them will descend.
One day soon all the nations will gather together to sing!
The children of all ages will be there, free from all the pain!
We will sing together and we will never cry again!
Death will have lost it's victory and the grave will have lost his sting!

Thank you Yeshua, Messiah, Jesus, Lord God, my best friend, my KING!

    beautiful poem

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
