Creature dream
I hear whispers on the midnight airThey guide my mind, they take me there
You ride upon the giant creature
I see your face but not every feature
We fly accross rooftops through the night
Locked in my dreams I wait to take flight
Creature dream
I hear whispers on the midnight airIf I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
