    Day After Day

Proceding to obtain The American Dream
Can Only be Achieved By means of Sleep

Countered by Mediocracy Known as democracy
A currupt System Enlightened through Hipocracy

Accepted By Most Who conform to Society
Whom March through the Streets of Sobriety

Day After Day, we pay with our attendance to this amendment
Night after Night, We Daze in Our own Given independence

And only store our tongues In the Security of our mouths
To wait for the day When someone stands from the crowds

As the self indlugence now forms The ground
The Ground we Are to ignorant to have found

For we Are in harmony when we should be intwined
Unity Shivered the Puny who Order Wars and Lies

Day and Day Out We serve,We sponsor Their deceit
WIth Purchasing virtually everything in our reach

But Day After Day We Need not wonder "who and what".
But instead be "We or no one" when we all are being cut

Cut from Our Identity to be an Enemy
    To this Main stream Comformity

I might not totaly agree with what it says, but it's quite good. I like your form, and it's easy to read and understand. Be careful with the words "to" and "too" it's a small thing, but can be distracting.

All I gotta say is listen to Lauren Hill's song entitled "The Mystery of Iniquity" I also suggest you check out Erykah Badu's run on def poetry. I honestly believe that no one ever starts off being good at anything worth being good at, trust me, cause I know. It takes years of discipline, devotion, and hard work. I believe that in anything worth having you begin on the ground climbing up takes years of rigorous hard work and devotion. But me and George Micha

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
