Dear Lucas,
Nothing mattered but the vision
School provided no division
of the circle we esteemed.
No bullies, there was no us and them
the heart of man hadn't grown so dim
Friendships , blood brothers strong & true.
Beneath the surface of society
where none but us could see
magic from springs of knowledge we drew.
Initiation into the unknown
Into Helios unblinded we had flown
what happened to those days?
In an age, flowers of columbine
what's your's is your's and mine is mine
greed and power has lost the Way.
