    I wrote this limerick style-mainly because I told Papa I would-learned a lot about DD and now want to rent some of his movies-hope you enjoy

    Dom Deluise

                                     

     


    Dom Deluise was a funny man,
    an Italian American,
    On Broadway, in fims and TV
    He made many laugh you see.
    He had 3 sons and a wife
    an accomplished life
    He wrote many a children's book
    and was known for
    how good he could cook
    Rest in peace funny man
    you had many a fan...

    Great! The first Dom tribute I have seen I have to say and you represented him so well. I enjoyed Dom immensely, he was a talented comedian among other things as you described. I for one will miss Captain Chaos. Haha. ~Spence

    I love it! Dom was great. My first experience with him was his Ziploc freezer bag commercials in the 1980s. I can still hear him today.. "And now its time to say goodbye for the summer..Zuccini I promise you this..". Dom showed up later as Urgo in Stargate SG-1. He was awesome there. His son Peter is a director with the Stargate franchise as well. His other sons Michael and David have also been in recurring roles on the shows. They are all great. Long live the DeLuise family.
