The Dragon sits here all alone.
Waiting here upon his thrown.
All his life has gone so fast.
No slowing down to make it last.
A little trip inside my mind.
I roll back the hands of time.
You see the world threw my eyes.
It may seem such a suprise.
To see the bad things all around.
To see me locked up tightly bound.
On my back I watch the skys.
Watching as the Angels cry.
They all cry for me.
Beside this old tree.
Begging crawling on my knees.
The Dragon knows only pain.
Hidding it deep inside his brain.
Afraid to tell her how he feels.
He left her standing in a feild.
He was lost to her on that day.
Because he could never say.
The words I love you in every way.
The words we locked away so tight.
There was no way to make it right.
A candle burning in the dark.
A little walk in the park.
It could not give him what he lost.
He could not pay the finnal cost.
No joy in life.
No loving wife.
Just this cutting like a knife.
He turned his heart into ice.
It was frozen solid to the core.
So he would never hurt no more.
I hope you feel this pain I share.
As you sit there in your chair.
