    Shiver in Winter's icy freeze
    ...an almost endless, restful sleep

    Awakening in Spring's rebirth
    ...the sun's warm and subtle kiss!

    I love and admire your poem especially because it is real and part of all of our realities if we have the guts to face the truth. Poems from the heart are so heart felt and full of emotion with a dedicated devotion. Keep writing from the heart because you and I and so many will change the negative thoughts and release the pain so that many will forgive and heal.
