    Poem Commentary

    Many are frustrated with politicians and the political climate; perhaps that's the way candidates perfer it. So many voters left so bewildered with sentiments; why bother to vote; it doesn't matter, it's politics as usual; business as usaual, without regard for the will of the people. While this is intented to inject some humor; I urge everyone to exercise their right to vote. While often the choices come down to voting for the lesser of two evils...Please vote before that right will be taken away. After All it's not too long ago in our history when woman and minorties were denied the right to vote. .

    Erection Day approachs
     
    The Red the Blue coaches
     
    Riding High -- please vote for me
     
    I'm the one who'll set you free...
     
     
    Voters repugn let's not pretend
     
    Both parties misspend
     
    Taxing us out our hind - ends
     
    With each Bill signed and penned...
     
     
    We the People you'll not reoffend
     
    What don't you politicians comprehend?
     
    We can't afford to continue this trend!
     
    We'll extend...a swift kick in your political rear- ends!
     
     
    Election Day Voters append
     
    It's time the people apprehend
     
    Red, Blue career politician aren't our friends
     
    Ousting your asses we intend!
     
     
    What the hell will this amend?
     
    Nothing! They're all jugglers!
     
    The Same Circus, Just a different set of clowns!
     
    Break their promises and screw the voters in the end.

    Sali Sali Sali - Wow, you hit it right on!! Erection Day was just last Tues in PA...wow, yes indeed those who did vote...not only avoided the truth, they wouldn't know or understand it...if it smacked them in the face...Ouch! Peace Love and Light.

    YES INDEED...would make for a better read without the profanity but I do get the point...literally! LOL Anyways, The bible urges us to pray for our idiot politicians so when they get in teh white house, they won't screw us over too bad!

    Sali thanks and yes perhaps I'll take your advise and make some edits. yes prayer is a must I pray for our politicians and too pray that the Lord will help some good leaders prevail! Politicians are great at getting elected but unfortunately most often they make poor and ineffective leaders; and great leaders are not so good at politicking...perhaps they are unable to commit the number of sins it takes to get elected...LOL. We'll have to work on reform and changing the process. Peace, Love and Light
