Faith
What does it matter?While I sit here
to gather
the small pearls
of my own wisdom,
to Heaven
and from Hell
I seen my dreams burn
when it was from grace
I fell.
My faith diminishes
and to see
it as a child
when it once
was held.

- It's strange..'Faith' can mean so many things to so many people. What does it mean to you? To me it is the faith that I'll have a job to go to everyday, the faith that my kids will be free of harm all through their years, faith that some force of evil guides my decisions (not always in obvious ways), and the faith that one day death will come and take in what ever form it chooses. Heavy man, I know! So...what does it mean to you again? BTW Great short write!!
