    • I've been gone for quit some time but I'm back and ready to write more poetry.

    Fighting threw the tears

    We had a fight this morning
    my girl and me
    her younger sister
    responded to a text
    and what was said
    caused a blow out,
    she screamed i HATE YOUR FUCKING GUTS
    I'D RATHER BE IN FOSTER CARE
    THEN SPEND ONE MORE MIN WITH YOU.
    I went outside and started to cry
    what am I supose to do
    I'm just a mom
    I know I'll make some mistakes
    but I neve ment to hurt her
    this bad.
    I know I yell way to much
    and no matter what she does
    I'll never spank her.
    So now I find myself
    fighting threw the tears
    I dont want her to see just
    how bad that it stang
    those words she said to me,
    I'm supose to be the one who
    conforts her wen she's hurting
    like when some little boy breaks
    her heart............
    but instead i'm the one that
    caused her heartache.
    I'm fighting threw the tears
    God help I sware
    I love that little girl.
    Even after she spat those
    angery words at me I just looked
    at her said
    No matter what I still
    and lways will
    LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!

    She doesn't want to go to foster care.. It will be much, much worse.. Trust me I was there and i hated it.. Although I am younger then you probly and i don't have any kids but i raised my sisters since they were 2,3,and 4 and I was 12 and raised others also. I don't believe kids should be abused but they do need a spanking every now and then, it teaches them punishment and they won't be as spoiled and they will learn that you mean business.. Just a thought. She'll get over it.
