    Flecks of Light

      

    flecks of light burning memories

    burning eyes, making droplets, tears fall

    beauty, love, sadness joined, departed in one moment

    destiny and  perpetual longing,  complete essence

     

    flecks of passion, hate joined, departed in one instant

    the journey goes on in the physical sense

    until that passage ends, love, sadness joins and departs

    in days and nights uncounted

     

    flecks of beauty and joy joined, separated evermore

    thrust together universal by destiny or fate, by a second

    neverending woven strands of beautiful moments, but not lost

    in centuries and millenniums

    At first I thought this was an Einstein theory.....but, seriously, you show how something is good for a while, and then, because of an intrusion of a bad moment, the good is gone....but not forever.....in another moment, in another time, in another place, it is found and cherished once more. I enjoyed reading this one, along with all your pieces Marion....................................g

    Thought provoking. I just hope that I will not be one of the rejects when my times comes. And if I have to go to the back of the line .I will be sad , as I turn to my wife and tell her that I won’t remember her. Perhaps we all should make these moments count. Thanks for writing very nice
