A sincere offer

I have a long (book-length) poem, The Ballad of the Waco War, near completion. I find myself blocked by my ignorance as to publishing. I'm getting great reviews on my samples, and I feel it's ready for print.
My thoughts are that I'd like to use Kindle initially,and use those proceeds to self-publish in print.
My dilema, and hense my offer to you, is who can package my poem in digital format and help me submit it to Amazon in a rapid fashion? I can't pay you up front, but I'd surely reimburse when money comes out of Kindle sales.
