GRIEF- NEW POEM

I cannot decide whether to name this one BAD MEMORIES OR GREIF????
What do you think, any suggestions? Please, read and comment:
Grief,
You sneak and steal my joy
Like a thief.

How many tears
I still have to cry
Through the years...

How much pain
Clenching my heart..
How long it will remain?

Bad memories
Like a bad dream
Keep replaying in my head…
I want the nightmare to end-
Am I better off dead?
Or am I going insane?

Grief,
You sneak in and steal my joy
Like a thief…

I want to enjoy
This precious gift
Called life
Given to me by the Almighty.

I want to feel joy
And forget the pain
Of the past
And start living again!
But alas,
Grief,
You still sneak in
And steal my joy
Like a thief!

Stop sneaking in…
My heart feels heavy with weight
But life rushes ahead,
Life does not wait…

I don’t want to miss
The sweetness of a kiss
The joy and laughter and the bliss
Of love that truly is….

Grief
Now is the time for you
To leave!!!
You are not welcomed here anymore
My heart is showing you the door…
