What is Up With Chat

I've been trying to log into chat now for a couple of days and each time I get the following message when my computer tries to pull up the chat rooms:

{"error":"yes","code":505,"msg":"Could Not Connect To Chat Server","debug":""}

Could someone please tell me what this means and if chat is going to be up soon? It would be much appreciated, Thank you!!!

ive been trying to log in also... without success. left to messages on the site and also told papa. hopefully something will be done soon.
