New Feature - User Ignores

Hi Everyone,

We are pleased to announce a new feature. User Ignores. If you want to ignore someone, there are two ways to do this.

1. At the bottom of a private message is a button to place them on the list.
2. Go to your account, your friends, then the Ignore tab. You can manage your ignores there. Add and Remove.
