    FREEDOM RINGS

     Freedom .. a nice dream .. once upon a time
    Retards control the country .. anyone care ?
    Education available to those with long green
    Equal Rights .. forget it .. went out the window
    Demise .. current path our country is on
    Overthrow government .. in the minds of many
    Monopoly .. astronomical profits for a few

    Revolution is in the air .. on the verge
    Inroads forcefully opened upon our rights
    Nature is constantly under destructive attack
    Garrulous .. mandatory for all politicians
    Sanction .. take a number .. all must follow

    I' loved this as I'm hoping we have enough corageous people to march against this Kingdom of America. Iran's people are to be admired for their bravery telling theit Government to get out. Americans are a brainwashed bunch for the most part. I'm not, I'll lead a revalution if mid term elections fail to eliminate and send a message to the Government, we want our country back. We the people. Not asses and elephant's, but one party, WE THE PEOPLE, like it was meant to be. My family fought with Washington, Preached to the Indians as friends. We got along with all Indians who were friendly towards the white man. You wrote a most realistic piece of truth here, much to be learned fromb it and appreciated. Great blessings my friend,,,Sam

    What is freedom? I think freedom is what the government tells me it is, work, pay taxes, don't start trouble, don't get involved with running my government (of the people, by the people, for the people....the people forgot) and then die. Read my poem Heartache and Misery it is about the rat race. Nice write Standing Bear.
