    just a happy little poem about my grandma

    Grandma'

     im a little obsessed with you
    in your rocking chair
    knitting me another pair
    of underwear
    that i might never wear
    but your smile is bright
    like polished jellybeans
    under grocers glass
    and your eyes are wise
    but clouded with cancer
    you cant see me smiling
    but you can hear my laughter
    wish we could talk longer grandma
    but i have to run
    ill let you know how my day went
    i hope you have fun
    with the aunts and uncles
    the cousins and children
    all the people that you
    had a hand in creating
    by the way
    i loved the sweater
    cant wait till next winter.....
