    half note

     I could say that I passed by you
    I may have caught something in your eyes
    I might have dropped you something
    but I do not know you
    I could have memorized a certain pattern
    I may have heard similar sounds
    I might be intuitive
    but I do not know you

    and when a certain chord is struck
    when the music pours through the streets
    a sensation of sorts says something familiar
    in all walks of life linking to me

    I can snap my fingers in perfect timing
    but lose track of time when a song moves me
    I wouldn't mind sharing the spaces in between
    if you can find it in you, to want to know me

    It's an interesting title I can tell you write from the hear and this would be a good song, with half notes, with the right production melodies, rythmn section, drums, it woulod have a lot of possibilities of being a top seller. keep writing grecowong@yahoo.com

    I'm thinking John Cusack in "Say Anything" hoping his 1989 boom box has the music that moves his lady. Deaf to all syncopated expectations of them, those two finally learned to listen to each other in their own time. Wistful longing fills this modest invitation to a relationship that matters. Who can resist this?
