    Hesitation for Temptation

My heart will go up in value in time
I can’t be sure of what you will see
But I’m sure it won’t be the best of me
My eyes are a window to my soul
But please don’t look now I’m afraid you’ll go
I won’t cry if u decide to leave
You got to realize there are certain things u shouldn’t believe
    My face can lie
But my hurt will not hide
I’ve been down that lonely road
With nowhere to turn and nowhere to go
Can I get lost with you?
Show u things u probably never knew
Give me something to believe in
Let me know it will never happen again
But don’t make the promises built to break
Cause I can’t stand to live in a world of fake
Catch me, I’m about to fall into this dream
My emotions do not understand what this all means
What am I doing? Where am I going to?
I cannot let myself fall for you
I know this temptation I’ve seen it before
No, I cannot do this anymore

The eyes never lie, But that which hurts also strengthens. If you look a little deeper that which hurts also allows you to Love with purity when you find what you seek. Keep up the good work.

This is a pretty good poem. This poem's got a bit of a feva' but the poem about your dad is gravely ill'.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
