    I love my Dad

    Running into an empty path
    searching for him from left to right
    asking God to be my guide
    because he’s not there
    he can’t not be found

    He was my tower
    my daily shield
    I was his princess
    for him I lived

    I got his gift
    his wedding band
    it is my comfort
    I feel no pain

    At least realized
    he is everywhere
    I can’t see him
    I can’t touch him
    he was with me
    he was the best.

    He show me life
    in nature to survive
    with the deepest love
    no one will ever have
    I should smile
    instead I want to cry.

    Aixa, your format style is so creative. Just as a stout column, your Father was the great support of your young life. Yoiu hint at the pride and the pain of carrying on corporately, his life into yours. And such is the fate of adult ambivalence, especially once there is no generation standing between you and death. If you came to me with this as a friend, I would hold you while you cried, better days for you are ahead.

    Very touching i loved it i lost my wife recently so i know the pain but cry my dear cry buckets for this is part of the grieving and you must finish this to feel at one
