    I see

I see this big bright world

     full of places to see

     people to be

I wonder each day as I awake

What will I see, who could I be

We are all different yet we are all the same

We all need to feel alive, and needed, is that not the same

Yet we yell, who is it that must be blamed

Why must there be such a word called hate

      Life will open the gates

We must all arise from it all

       We must believe in ourselves

Before we can ever be found

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
