    Mmmhmm, old school stuff dug up from the depthes...

    In between

    I think I woke some where between,

    the rotting silks of insanity.

    Tangled, writhing, like a demons dream,

    clinging to the remains of humanity.


    The pregnant nicotine moon,

    just creasting my window sill.

    Casting shadows, of singed gloom,

    I never knew silence was so still.


    That's about all, I don't remember much,

    only the dark, and my own scream.

    Terror, thick enough to touch,

    waits some where in between

    I am so glad that the in betweens I've been lucky enough to expereince are good, happy, filled with song and laughter. To lure me in???

    i am soooo sorry that i don't understand your poem. what i am very intrigued about is how you move words together to create such imagery. i love this poem, even thogh i don't understand. the choice of words and their apparent no relationship to each other messes with my mind "....nicotine moon" or "....the rotting silks of insanity..." are examples of brilliance that congure up different emotions even though i don't understand. maybe i have rambled here, what i am trying to say is this, I love your poem and how it made me feel and think. thank you. 8
