    • I once knew everything, and now I know nothing.

    In the end
    When it was over
    I lay still on the floor curled into myself
    wondering how I got here
    How I was born into the light
    and will now die in darkness
    there is nothing left to give
    my monster took it away from me
    And where my innocense once kept me warm
    Now I feel nothing but cold
    Maybe I don't feel anything
    Maybe I'm already dead
    The pain is no longer physical
    the way it was when he was inside me
    now tears that sting my eyes
    are the only indication that I am still breathing
    I guess we are all left for dead
    In The End

    A very sad write nini :( pain exudes from your words. This one ends on a somber note. This is why I love listening to the Beatles when I am sad, they always raise me up. When I feel like this and feel that we are all left for dead, the Beatles remind me that 'in the end, the love you take is equal, to the love you make'. And I am inspired once again to dust myself off and try, try again. Good Write nini -Spence
