    In The Way...

    Ha...
    Isnt that always the way?
    When you find the "One",
    something gets in the way...

    I guess its to test it,
    God's little dirty trick...
    Who is dumb enough to think
    Love's that easy to get?

    I wish it was that easy,
    then me and him could be us...
    In our current situtation,
    my little heart's getting crushed...

    A year? Really?
    What if a year is too much?
    What if I wait all that time,
    to find our you're not in love?

    At least not with me...
    That's another thing I fear...
    You have so many girl friends,
    I'm not sure I'm the one you hold dear...

    Don't you get it?
    Please tell me you do...
    I'm not saying if we're not together
    that we're through...

    I'm just asking that you try,
    don't stand aside and let him rule...
    I know he thinks he's protecting you,
    but you know I wouldnt be so cruel...

    Ha...
    Isnt that always the way?

    True love exists and when you find the one you will know it. All of the heart ache and tribulations you face up until that point only make love that much more amazing once you find it. Even true love requires work and comprimise but in love your efforts will be reciprocated, so don't get to down and don't be afraid to fall because sometimes falling is the best incentive to fly.

    Love is never perfect, but you're young, ISH. You'll be ok, I know you will. You're a beautiful young lady with a lot going for you and you'll never have a problem with getting guys go like you. That's something that will happen naturally, you can't stop it. I know you'll find true love, sweetheart. You'll find that special someone who's purpose in life is to make you happy. You're s talented, compassionate young woman, honey and you have your whole life ahead of you. You're gonna live a wonderful life full of love and happiness. You deserve nothing less.
