In your Heart
I'm trying to remember,when things got strange,
i bet you never thought,
someone like me could never change.
I've had so much time,
to think about my past,
i think about our relationship,
and how i wanted it to last.
In your heart i know,
that you know how i feel,
i believe only you have the cure,
for this open wound to heal.
How things turned out,
is eating me inside,
it feels like my heart,
is on an endless ride.
Now i look back,
when all is not the same,
i can look in a mirror,
and see the only person to blame.
I'm looking for a new beginning,
a brand new start,
only if you gave me the chance,
i would climb deep inside your heart.
I don't think you could imagine,
how i really feel,
for you to want nothing to do with me,
is the only thing i fear.
That day you entered my life,
i believe i was truly blessed,
all you have to do is take one step forward,
and ill take care of the rest.
In your heart i know,
how i really feel,
in my heart i know,
my love for you is real,
It's been so long,
since i've felt love,
love is not only a feeling,
but a blessing from above.
Somethings happen for a reason,
and we all don't know why,
but we always seem to think about them,
as time passes by.
In your heart i know,
there will always be space,
in my heart i know,
for you there will always be a place.
