    Poem Commentary

    Not really sure why I wrote this.. But I did.

    Life goes on

     Life goes on,
    Life goes on,
    and so shall I.
    People leave,
    and people die,
    but life goes on,
    and so shall I.
    As they walk away,
    to another life,
    I will not frown,
    I will not cry,
    I will simply wave,
    and say my last goodbye.
    Friends,
    family,
    they all leave some day,
    no matter how much you hope,
    you beg,
    and pray that they will stay,
    everyone you know,
    they leave some day.
    When nature decides,
    to take it's course,
    a change in their minds,
    I will not force,
    because in the end,
    life goes on,
    for you,
    for them,
    for us all.
    Life goes on,
    Life goes on,
    and therefore so shall I,
    forever more.

    In my experience, ninja... The ones that care, stick around. Everyone leaves eventually, but sooner or later, the ones that cared enough will come back. I know you won't talk to me.. Just know I miss you...
