    Little Moments

     The wishes in every child's eyes
    That smile that illuminates from within that special person's soul
    The beauty in every little surprise
    Are little moments that always unfold

    Holding back tears
    Breaking out into random laughter
    Fighting away all her fears
    Are little moments you'll never get passed her

    Brushing his hair with your fingertips
    Hugging him in what seems like forever
    Caressing his cheeks with your lips
    Are little moments that will endeavor

    All the same after so long
    Still captivating one another's heart
    Listening to your favorite love song
    Are the little moments that will never part
