    Poem Commentary

I forgot I wrote this and found it. Nice surprise.

    Misdirected Minds

    Studied in college,

We are all agents of our own demise.

    Having searched for knowledge,

    We have slaughtered the wise.

    Tournament, and temptation,

    The ornament of sensation.

    How the tree burns

    so bright it blinds

    time quickly passes

    but no one minds.
