    Poem Commentary

I have taken a little from some of my poems to make this. Sorry if it doesn't make sense on its own.

    Moot Points

Moot points into a dark heart

    Through typed words evil departs

    Poems unleash the stirring inside

His inner hurt - feelings he can’t hide

Ventured into crevices of the mind

Death and loneliness sometimes he finds

Following him through trials of the soul

Unstable feelings of being muy loco

Random images spew onto the screen

To a virtual society freeing a vile fiend

A psychopathic killer in an alley released

Won’t his soul ever find silence and peace?

    Suicide thoughts behind the words

Brain haze doldrums can never be heard

An original prose - a toxic thought keeps

Swirling above rocks, blindly he leaps

    Statements in verse so irrelevant

Words by the wind of no importance

Should his whisper be remembered after he has gone?

Will the world say his point was moot, askew, and wrong?

I was following a life yet a soul separated. Strange I know but it felt disconnected from 1st person trying to connect,

I am not sure what you mean. I know this write was a bit scattered because it touched on many of my writes.

Hmmm....what a nice view into the perspective that is you....almost like a map and cliff notes of your mind and writes....I liked the view that you gave on this...the slight comedic tone kept it from being too dark....I would say that in this....your point was not moot...but...your point was made...nicely done my friend...Cher

How many people in this world really make a difference? When we are gone, and 100 years from now, will any of our words be remembered? People every day just go trudging through life not seeing the world around them. Is it possible that anyone of us here in the trenches can make a difference? I hope so. Hey, thanks for the comment. -Al ")

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.
