    Poem Commentary

    I dont think a HERO is some awesome warrior or some protector of the week... we all have the potential to be awesome and good... but no ones perfect. :) and the Imperfect ones... yeah... those are my heros.

    My Hero

     I need a hero,
    to stand by my side;
    to push me out in the open,
    now matter how bad I want to hide...

    I need a hero
    that understands what I need;
    the person with a band-aid
    before I even know Im gonna bleed...

    I need a hero
    for things, little and big;
    someone to take away the feelings
    of which I need to be rid...

    I need a hero
    to show me the way;
    who wont get mad or angry
    when I go astray...

    I need a hero
    who is an example of good
    and bad
    and strong
    and human...

    I need the hero you are. :)

    fantastic. i see you havent chosen to write a Marvel comic poem. which is even better than fantasy stuff. but also heroes are everywhere. thnx for showing. Sydney

    I love this... you have a wonderful grasp on humanity already. The quest for absolute perfection is futile and the time wasted trying to find it is saddening. Finding the person that fits into your life "perfectly" is so much easier ;)
