    Nightmare
    Nightmare


    Drowned out words
    washed up fights
    worthless gestures
    broken glass
    lies
    unspoken thoughts
    as the storm
    rolls in
    I ponder upon
    these things
    of which you have
    given me
    laughter surrounds
    the air
    around me
    as I wake up
    clutching unto my pillow
    for dear life
    my cheeks wet and
    my eyes puffy
    and my hair mussed
    and hollow laughter
    caught in my throat
    shattering the night
    and along with it,
    the silence.

    The young lady is a very old spirit in a very young age. She writes from the heart the very deep heart. Keep it up, you had a exceptional depth. Thank you
