    Not Worth The Price

Before anyone makes comments, I know that it's not grammatically correct. That was the point. Anyway, enjoy!

Yeah you cute and all, switchin’ yo goodies from left to right
Tryna tempt a brotha to go ahead and take a bite

Long hair don’t care with that lil’ bitty waste
Steady thrown it at me desperate to give me a taste

So now you see me when I was invisible in the past
Now you houndin’ a brotha cause you want him to tap that ass

But I ain’t falling for it, you know it’s a high price for me to sin
Cause I want to feel like it’s worth it in the end

Not sittin’ on twenties but a double BA
Now you smile and cheese when you pass my way

You finally can see the potential so you want me to claim you
But that’s easy to see cause game recognizes game too

But I ain’t falling for it, you know it’s a high price for me to sin
Cause I want to feel like it’s worth it in the end

Since I give you no time all of a sudden I’m brand new
When conversation ain’t on your mind, all you want to do is screw

You think I’ll fall for the whammy and hit your poo nanny
Have me paying you, your mammy and your old granny

This is a cash or ass world and it seems to be true
Either the money or the honey, neither I offer to you

Chick you not even on my level and simply treating yourself like trash
This really is pathetic, here’s twenty dollars go and buy you some class

So I ain’t falling for it, you know it’s a high price for me to sin
And I feel like you just ain’t worth it in the end

Great job! As far as the grammar goes, i often write in the same "anti-grammatical" way! Lol! You still kept it structured and told a very clear story. Way too bee on point bro!

This is exceptional! I really enjoyed reading it and the concept is one that all women and men as well need to take heed of. The grammatical errors are fine... that's what makes it so real.

yeah the grammar is always a tough one, I think everybody would say writing a poem without caring about the grammar is a creativity write because it expresses the actual feeling, great poem wonderfully written, love the rhyme

Right indeed. Sometimes throwing grammar out of the window, so to speak, is necessary in order to portay the true feeling(s) of the poem. Thanks for the comment.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
