    Search me

    O lord

    is there something good

    in me

    break me

    make me

    what you want me to be

    there are cold hearted people

    hunting me

    to bring me down

    where you brought me up

    take me to a place of serenity

    so I can feel

    love that’s real and true

    that only comes from you

    so when I’m down

    and can’t stand

    lift me up

    help me soar again

    to a place unknown

    to a place

    where my mind

    feels refreshed

    and

    renewed
