    ode to a broken heart
    i sit here and wonder,
    if there will ever be a love for me
    as i ponder,
    what did i do to have such a lonely existence as it has come to be
    will i ever be free of my pain and misery
    is there such a thing as a happy life
    or will there only be strife
    please tell me where is the good life
    for all i want is to be free
