One Missing Half
Felt threw out time
Burned deep in my mind.
Something most will never find.
Lost with me here in my ryhme.
This poor lost soul.
Heart black and cold.
Burned away with flames of old.
Cut in to so many places.
Laughed at by so many faces.
No one thinks to look inside.
No body standing at my side.
Fire still burns with a fight.
Lighting up the darkest of nights.
Listen as the Dragon calls.
You can hear it threw your walls.
Out on the wind as it blows.
On the trees as they grow.
On every wing of a butterfly.
I watch it flot high in the sky.
A little thing called love.
Something sent from above.
Love can hold us all together.
For forever and even ever.
Or it can tear us apart.
Rip out our broken hearts.
Make us feel deepest pain.
Like a hit from a speeding train.
So why should we try?
Why do we all lie?
Why do we have to cry?
The tears that fall from my eyes.
Is this realy a suprize?
That I now at this moment realize.
There is nothing to try and hide.
As I turn out the lights.
I give up this everlasting fight.
All I can do every night.
I sit here alone and I write.
All about the beautiful light.
Even this Dragons lost tonight.
So let us just take chance.
Join me here in this dance.
This Dragon has you in his glance.
I stop the clock.
No ticks or tocks.
I will be under this old rock.
Waiting for something I do not have.
A chance to be with my other half.
