Moondancer’s Profile

I live in the high desert region of northern Wyoming. The Big Horn mountains are out my windows and to the east is Rattlesnake Ridge with the badlands that stretch out behind it. When the rain finally comes to this desert home, the smell of it falling on the sagebrush is truly intoxicating.
It is here that the words come to me. In this beautiful setting, my mind is free to put on paper what is sometimes difficult to express in conversation.
In these vast plains I find the solitude and peace that I need to survive.
