Biography
I am married, have 4 wonderful kids all grown.I have many heartbreaks in past 8 yrs. Our son was killed in Iraq war on March23,2006. Through all my family dyeing then our sons death, I have been blessed to write poetry. A friend (Charlene) inspired me to start in 2007 and I have written about 50-60 so farand several are publishedin www. poetry.com.
I love ourdoors, flower gardens and gardening, I love camping, hiking and travel, but my health isn't well, so I can only do flower gardens now. I have had ONE vacation in 6 yrs. I take care of my husband and when I am down, he takes care of me.Been married 34 yrs to the same guy.(rarety).I am easy going, like to go to bed by 11-12 and be up by 8am get chores done in house and write early hours in the morning.I am picky about my hair brush(do not share), andI hate smashed bread, and the colors:pink and yellows.My favorite color is sage green and lavenders.
