    Upon
    seeing
    the brilliant
    gold and chartruse light
    below the waves of the eve ocean
    and the drowning
    sun
    spinning
    yellow and chartruse tendrils
    beyond the swell of the horizon
    in radiant cloud sails,
    the shore,
    enamored,
    teared.
