silent suicide

Sleepless  nights and restless days

Brought on by feelings of deep depression

Because of regrets, helplessness, loneliness

Self esteem, drama, and negativity

I remain hushed and invisible

Secluding myself from everyone

The thought of there being no way out

Seizes my mind and takes control over it

As if my life were a spiraling black abyss

And no matter how hard I tried

I could never escape

And no one cared or noticed

As I committed my silent suicide

Keep writing and bring your sadness and depression out with your words and know that others go through these low places and these thoughts and feelings pass and the sun shines through the darkness.

good write I have a word for you but you must read my work to get it

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
